As the pioneers of Sports Performance Training in the private sector, TPE Strength & Conditioning offers an innovative approach to training – building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 60-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.

The Workout

The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. The groups are kept small, no more than 5 per group, to allow maximum individual attention.

Our Fitness Programs

One of the number one reasons most people hire a personal trainer is their desire to lose weight and get into shape. Whether your objective is to decrease body fat or build muscle, our TPE personal trainers can help you stay on track, and keep you motivated and focused on reaching your goals.


We offer semi-private training for those who like to workout with a partner or who like to get more out of their workout through competition. At our gym, our semi-private training program consists of one personal trainer working with two to four clients at a time. Common group dynamics include friends, husband-wife teams, brides with their bridesmaids, siblings or parent-child duos. Semi-private training is a very popular option because it is more cost-effective than the traditional one-on-one training.


If you have specific health conditions and/or injuries, your TPE trainer will work alongside your doctor or physical therapist to plan a safe fitness program.


If you have never tried working out before, our TPE personal trainers will be your ultimate fitness coaches! Your trainer will introduce you to a simple, yet effective fitness routine to progressively build a solid foundation in order to give you the confidence and knowledge you need to succeed.
