Join our TPE Speed Camp!

     TPE is launching a summer developmental program to help athletes truly excel this next season. This program is specifically designed to increase velocity, conditioning and overall long-term speed drills for the players.

The camp is a 4 week program (2 sessions per week) that will have a main focused topic for each week. 

  • Week 1 Acceleration
  • Week 2 Absolute Speed
  • Week 3 Multi-Directional
  • Week 4 A mix of all 3 topics 

Sessions will be run for an hour long with our world-class Sport Performance Coaches who have trained wide variety of athletes ranging from collegiate Division I to professional athletes from the NFL, MLS, and English Premier League. They will be using techniques such as speed ladder, sprint parachutes, plyometrics and deceleration to increase athlete performance that translate directly to the field. The camp also comes with illustrations for drills, set reps and long-term information for players to carry on throughout their career.
